The Energy Careers Education and Training (ECET) Program connects local contractors, emerging trade professionals, and workforce members to training, resources, and opportunities in energy efficiency and electrification. Our mission is to strengthen and upskill the regional workforce while advancing highly efficient technologies like heat pumps for water heating and space heating and cooling, weatherization, and more across the Northern Rural Energy Network territory.
Through ECET, participants gain access to local training programs, professional development opportunities, and a robust network of local and industry experts.
