Enhanced Rebates
Enhanced rebates are available for PG&E customers in NREN service territory (Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, El Dorado, Humboldt, Lassen, Lake, Mariposa, Mendocino, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sierra, Sutter, Tuolumne, and Yuba counties) who meet the requirements and provide proof of eligible documentation.

Eligible Documentation
- Enhanced rebate applicants must reside at the same address as the equipment installation site.
- Installation sites located in Lake County automatically qualify for enhanced rebates. No additional documentation is required.
- Applicants pursuing an enhanced rebate must provide proof of participation in one of the income-qualified programs detailed below. Documents must be current, dated within the past 12 months, and must reflect the same building address as the equipment installation site. Enhanced rebate applicants must reside at the same address as the equipment installation site.
- California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE)
- Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA)
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- CalFresh/SNAP (Food Stamps)
- CalWORKs (TANF) or Tribal TANF
- Head Start Income Eligible (Tribal Only)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Medi-Cal for Families (Healthy Families A & B)
- National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
- Medicaid/Medi-Cal
- Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
